We are continuing our Live Thursdays with music from The Kickback on Thursday, 2/24 from 7-9:30!

The KickBack is a Chicago based trio who likens itself to a soul oriented Jam Band, headed up by Chicago drummer, band leader and DJ Clif Wallace and joined by core rhythm section players Erik Hunter one bass (Jamila Woods, Ravyn Lanae, Smino) and Vinnie Roofe on guitar (Seleena Johnson, Obi Soulstar). Choosing to take part in the listening experience one may not only find themselves enjoying an instrumental original, but will also hear anything from a unique cover take or an impromptu musical journey that will have your head bobbin' the whole way through, leaving you to do just as the band’s name implies, and Kickback.
