We are continuing our Live Music Thursdays with B Forrest and Friends on Thursday, 1/6 from 7-9:30pm! B Forrest is an award-winning singer-songwriter, guitarist, and producer from Chicago. 

After attending music school, he spent time traveling the globe refining his calling card “folk-soul” album Back to Bodhi. Upon returning to his home town he was awarded a City Of Chicago Individual Artist Grant in 2017, and again in 2019. He is a 2020 John Lennon Songwriting Competition Grand Prize Winner for his song One By One, as well as a 2015 Finalist for his song Grown Child.

His genre-defying approach has evolved from life experiences touring at home and abroad, all the while there remains a thread of roots-soul in his playing and writing, no matter the vast idioms he poetically melds together.
